Which Exercise Machine Burns the Most Calories?

If you hate exercise like we do, you want to burn the most calories in the least amount of time. The best machine for doing this —the treadmill. The treadmill is most likely to result in weight loss becasue it works more muscles and keeps your heart rate elevated, both of which burn fat, says exercise physiologist Carol Espel in a recent Allure magazine. You can’t get the same results on an elliptical machine or a recombent bike because they’re easier on the body. They are self-propelled so if you stop concentrating you slow down. Duh!
