Sean Connery vs. Matthew McConaughey

Men have become so groomed (I’m thinking waxed bodies) that it’s starting to creep me out. They are girly men. I’m not talking Geico Caveman here, but I do miss the days when men were men like Sean Connery in Dr. No, or Tom Selleck in Magnum P.I. A little chest fur is manly, warm, cuddly and sexy. Most women I know feel this way, but the waxing trend isn’t ending. Marie Claire quoted a Gillette survey that states 80% of college men have done below the neck depilation. Maybe when they are no longer students and become independent men, they won’t have time for this over-waxing look. The split was same for gay/straight men. Gay men started this trend; I’ll be glad when they decide to grow back a bit of fur. I’m hoping they will start a 2nd trend for us straight girls that like a bit of fur.
