What to wear to mountain weddings
June 10th, 2011Hi Judie,I have both your books and use them often.
I am invited to a mountain wedding next month where the reception will be held in a nice (but old) barn. Can you give a couple of suggestions on what I could were to this event?

I would go with one of those fancy long skirts and a dressy top with comfortable dressy shoes as you could be walking on uneven ground. You can also try a simple tea length dress with a fabulouse shawl or scarf. It can get chilly at night. This is also a great opportunity to do something fun and different with your hair — an interesting updo or wearing your hair curly if you typically wear it straight.
